What happens when you run it? Nothing? Or an error message?
Nothing , nothing at all , just the mouse pointer loading circle for a moment and nothing happens

Do you have an AV in place or anything similar which may prevent it from starting?
What does Window's event log say about it? Any errors?
Try deleting the ar_SA folder in the Langs folder.

If that was the problem then there would be a buffer overflow error.
If you are using the install version, try portable. If you are using portable, try install.
