Build: v1.2.1-529 downloaded from Orphis' build bot
Plugins: all default, used DX11 SSE2 and Xaudio2
The sound stutters as if it has issues syncing correctly. I tried all of the settings and even switched audio to async/none but nothing helped.
I found a youtube video (here) where a guy had the same issue and used an older version to get it working correctly (SPU2-X r4600m 1.4.0, links in video desc.). After switching to that the game played just fine at default settings.
