In order to help you further with your problem, please make sure the following are all provided.

  • The version of PCSX2 you are using.
  • Any non default settings you are using.
  • What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.

Thank You.
Ultrabooks will have trouble with all but the least demanding games.
hardware specs:

Graphics Card: Intel® HD Graphics 4000
Memory: 8Gb ram

version pcs2x:

default settings
dark chronicle cd

Host Machine Init:

CPU name = Intel® Core™ i7-3537U CPU @ 2.00GHz

CPU speed = 2.493 ghz (4 logical threads)

so if i use it on my desktop there is a higher chance that it will work,
even though his specs are lower?
Depends on the specs of your desktop.

PCSX2 doesn't care that it's an ultrabook, but the ultrabook CPUs don't possess the kind of power that most games need in PCSX2.

Also make an ISO of your game with IMGBURN, that will help performance a little.

And make sure PCSX2 is using your 740m and not the intel integrated gpu.
I thank you for trying to help me but both my devices aren't strong enough to run it, i will try it again after upgrading my pc
You can run at least SOME games on that ultrabook.

FFX, Kingdom Hearts, should be okay. As well as any here: http://forums.pcsx2.net/Thread-LIST-Game...to-emulate
but the problem is that even the bios runs slow
The BIOS is quite demanding, actually. Regardless of how it runs, you should have luck with some of those games on that list. Especially like Ar tonelico, Atelier Iris, and other 2d games.
Normally you should not see the bios. I actually never checked that but it could be that the bios intro is highly demanding on the cpu or gpu.

Well Blyss, you are to fast for me today...
