You lack vc++ 2013 x86 redist, as stated on the page where you downloaded pcsx2.

I gave you the link to the 2013 redist. Not sure why you're telling me you had it already when you clearly don't.

I mean I've downloaded it already but uninstalled it again. Sorry for the confusion.

In that case you just need to reinstall it and then you're set to go.
