==================
All I 'm getting is a black screen, the game used to boot just fine, but then again, it's been maybe what, four months or so since I last played the game? 1.2.0 vanilla may not be the best version to use, I don't know. I should note that the bottom of the log, the last seven lines are in red, starting with the line "R5900...." Game fixes are set to Auto and not manual, so they do apply the VU Add Hack to Star Ocean 3. Can anyone else confirm why the game no longer boots in either boot mode? PEBKAC perhaps?

Those haven't been touched in a long time, either.
I'll check, hold on.

I don't know what's going on, it's really bizarre. Again, using just plain ol 1.2.0, no unofficial GIT repository builds. Knowing me, it's likely a PEBKAC error
Well(lol I had to update directx before I could check, I just switched back to Windows 7 from 10, so still about to check), just curious why you are using D3D9?

Um....damn, didn't realize that. Let me check, and also, my specs are in my signature, so I can definitely run the game at full speed.

Still getting this:

Not sure why I get this in the console log. Bollocks, this is starting to piss me off. Something's not right. A possible config issue, let me know what you find.

Edit: Wow, uh, I think I figured out the problem.......
TLB miss is usually either a bad ISO or bad cheats.

It boots for me on and runs just fine on 1.2.1 so yeah, it's something on your end.
Hmm I have no issues playing the game on PCSX2 1.3.0 SVN r5932 and PCSX2 GIT 1.3.0-639.

I'd say it's a bad ISO possibly. He doesn't seem to be loading cheats.
Bugger, I just....wasted your guys' time..... The setting where the VU clamping (not sure what the actual setting is called, the negative/positive clamp modes are located), yeah, I changed them for Final Fantasy X to get rid of the weird backwards boss glitch (which I assume is next to impossible to fix without changing those VU settings), are what prevented it from working. Like an idiot, I filed a false bug report, AGAIN......damn I'm such a fool.... Sad
