when i try to use cheats for any game it doesnt work and this is the message it shows [wx] can't open file 'cheats\0245ef6d.pnach' (error 3: the system cannot find the path specified.)
is there a fix for this?(0234ef6d is for resident evil outbreak)

It's hard to diagnose this rather bland statement, but it sounds like it isn't pointing to the correct folder. What kind of cheat is it? Try directing it to your cheats folder in the PCSX2 directory.
