Ok so I've tried as many things as I could in the Gsdx settings and can't figure this out. The lines will not appear when I use the ZeroGS plugin.
I'm running on a bootcamped mac if that has anything to do with it.
Graphics card is Intel HD 4000

keep pressing F7 til it goes away

press F5 several times to cycle through interlace modes.

Press F7 several times til it goes away.
