Everytime I try to run a game it gets to where it says "Sony Playstation 2" and then i get the error message. What is going wrong?

are you playing from an ISO or disK? Also, what game is it

it is an .iso and the game is Jak and Daxter
try playing from your disk or re ripping the game with imgburn.
What are your pcsx2\gsdx\spu2-x settings

Looks like a bad ISO judging from those errors.

my laptop doesnt have a cd rom drive and I have tried re-ripping it a few times
Your dvd may be faulty, then.
Does this part work well on your real ps2 ?
Do you get any error mesage when ripping your game ?

Errors,where did you saw errors?
Just as side info,using Portaudio(which is for some reason set as default output module)doesn't output any sound in this game but XAudio2 works fine.

If it was bad image,I think there will be something in the console but there is nothing wrong there.

And here is the problem...don't know if it's just this game but using Custom internal resolution,makes pcsx2 to crash when you run this game but if you use scaling(not custom)or narive,then it works fine
