i am ok gettin it to 100-200 fps at start but wen i start combat it goes down to 10-30 plz help

with that kind of PC, you won't be able to expect much more (like rama told you)
you can always : try speedhacks, use native resolution in gsdx config.
it is work fine in core2duo
Two important thing to play pcsx2 in good speed, first your specs, second your plugins and setting you are using. For your specs you have to take option vu skip and speed hacks to push fps.
