Using latest AMD drivers (any newer than 13.4, 13.4 works fine) I get a huge regression on speed (~ 10 fps) and even more when the FXAA is activated (~ 15 fps) on Need For Speed Hot Pursuit 2. Other games present this problem too, but less evident.
Is there a way to fix this? or just keep installed 13.4 drivers?
My specs:
AMD Phenom II X4 @ 4 Ghz
Radeon HD 5770 Hawk OC
4 Gb RAM
PCSX2 latest Git revision, and of course, GSDX in DX11.
I know it is a old hardware, but with Catalyst 13.4 the game works around 54~60 fps and with Catalyst Omega 14.12 the speed drops to 40 fps on worst cases.

I guess its better to keep using the old drivers. though, I doubt the loss of performance was because of updating drivers. Did you change any settings after updating the driver ?
Im using the same settings with all the drivers. %99,99 is a driver problem, my 5770 Hawk is old and the drivers optimizations are focused on new cards like R9290,280 etc
Maybe its time to update mi PC xD
5770 isn't THAT old.
Anyway I have a 7870 and my PCSX2 speed hasn't changed since Omega hit.

There's always a risk of performance drops in new drivers (or older drivers). I remember I was suffering from performance issues with my old 5850 card in Resident Evil 5 when I had installed a newer driver. AMD recognized the issue and fixed it again in a later driver. So I wouldn't rule it out. It could just be a specific issue with THAT card only as well, and that newer cards won't suffer from it.
If an older driver does resolve it, then it does seem to point to the driver being the cause.
