A graphics card maybe? >.>
I would REALLY suggest buy a GPU.

You need not to change your CPU.

ok first things first the memory of the GPU is not how you measure the performance of the Card.Secondly you STILL have a built in GPU or else you can't even display images on your PCSmile

You would like to get either a HD 4670 or a 9600GT. Those would do nicely.

Hahahaha.... how can that be possible? Are you typing in blind mode or something? Huh

Play them? Yes, at enjoyable speeds/quality? Don't think so...

Anyways, buy a decent GPU, and stop writing in ALLCAPS, it's annoying, and i'm pretty sure you'll get a warning for it.
Warned for caps lock.
i have intel c2d e4600 2.4ghz
1gb ddr2 ram
evga gts 450 1gb gddr5 gpu
will the pcsx2 work in my comp fine r do i get any prob in running games.
gts 450 w/ 1gb/ddr5 will work just fine but it will level-gapped your CPU.
you MUST also change your CPU to i5 or i7.
For PCSX2, the GTS 450 is plenty unless you're using insanely high resolutions. The E4600 isn't ideal but until we work out most of the kinks and can get full speed on most games without overclocks, I don't think it's worth spending a bunch on a new platform. Mind you, with the higher stock clocks of next gen processors and improved Turbo Core/Turbo Boost, not to mention continuous progress in PCSX2, that might actually be as close as next year.
yes i i agree with iloavejedd, dont spend any money on hardware right now, you should definitely overclock your cpu to like 3.0-3.2 ghz and you will get good speeds in most games, no point spending money now for new hardware if you can still push what you have to the limit and get good results, in mean time i7 prices might drop significantly in a year or so.
i instaleed nvdia 8400gs 512 .c2d 2.4ghz and 1gb ddr2 ram.
but budokai tenkaichi 3 flickers . even god of war doesnt giv full 60 fps. help pls
