hello! another custom resolution more high than 1080p to run wihout this issue

i found work fine with 1200x1200, but is low for me

i use Hardware mode
and i've been disable HW Hacks , and i use gtx 970

Try leaving the X as 1200 but changing the Y

e.g. 1200x2400

1200 on the X is about as high as you can go for the games that get black stripes.

I was about to say, there are certain custom resolutions you gotta use for this game for some reason. Check out my post in the compatibility guide, I've got a list of bugs, and how to fix them.

with this and using msi afterburner
i could saw that increment Y resolution consume little vram
but increment X resolution produce an increment of vram x3

and my curiosity is why X resolution consume more vram than Y? thanks
