now i use F9 that fixed a lot of graphic problems i was having with my game(all star pro wrestling 3) it runs fine during menus it keeps a stable lock of 59 FPS however i cant figure out how to have a stable FPS during in gameplay it also drops to about 40 - 45 and runs slowly any ideas??????

- Your hardware specs - CPU, Graphics Card, Memory, Operating System.
- The version of PCSX2 you are using.
- Any non default settings you are using.
- What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.

hardware:cpu-intel pentium cpu g2020 2.9 ghz,graphics card???...no idea but i can play king of colosseum 2 without any problems what so ever,operating system-windows 8.1

i kept everything default force of habit
All star pro wrestling 3 ISO via using the CDVD ISO
Try fiddling with speed hacks.
But it's possible a dual core cpu won't be enough for this game
Please post a screenshot of your pcsx2 settings for suggesting better settings.
