As you can see, it looks awful. I don't know if it's PCX2's fault or what, but I need some help here. It was a Japanese final mix iso, but I translated it with a patch I got from a fan website. Can someone help me make it look better? I tried a wide-screen patch but that didn't do anything.

I'm trying to run Kingdom Hearts Final Mix on PCSX2 but it lags during cutscenes! It sometimes lags during gameplay too.
My Specs:
Processor: AMD Athlon II X2 270 Processor 3.40 GHz
RAM: 4.00GB (3.50GB usable)
System type: 64-bit Operating System
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate
