@willkuer: I don't. I noticed it when I was checking out a buddy's profile. It stands out like a sore thumb. I'll attach a screenshot. XD

@ssakash: It shows up when you're looking at someone's profile and you're buddies with them.

But, I do get a small black icon in internet explorer on my mobile.

It says page not found. I'm not sure whether it's a icon or not, I will post a screenshot of it.

That small black icon you see on your phone is the icon for a broken image. It's basically the same thing I'm seeing on Chrome, it's just represented differently.

Yeah, you are right. It denotes other no image sources as the same way.
