Game is Final Fantasy 12. The camera keeps scrolling to the right as if I'm gently pushing the joystick to the right. I tried it with 3 controllers, one of them brand new and never used before. Same issue every time.

See the controller issue section of the FAQ in my sig. You need to adjust the sensitivity.
