The game itself runs fine for awhile with no lag or other issues, but after about 10-20 minutes of gameplay pcsx2 will crash. I know its not my system's capabilities but I'll post my specs:

Intel i7 cpu
64 gb ram
2 terrabyte HD
AMD Radeon HD 7900 series
OS: 8.1
PCSX2 Ver: 1.2.1 r5873

Thus far I have attempted to reobtain the iso from a different source yet the problem was not solved. I have also attempted to run in compatibility mode though the crash still occurred.

(I should add that I can run KH 1 and 2 with no problems or crashes what so ever so I admit I'm confused...)

Has anyone else encountered this issue and fixed it? Please help.
In order to help you further with your problem, please make sure the following are all provided.
  • Your hardware specs - CPU, Graphics Card, Memory, Operating System.
  • The version of PCSX2 you are using.
  • Any non default settings you are using.
  • What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.

Thank You.
CPU; Intel i7 3970x 3.5ghz
RAM; 64 Gbs
Hard Drive: 2 Terrabyte
Graphics: AMD Radeon HD 7900 series
OS: Windows 8.1
PCSX2 Ver: 1.2.1 r5873

I have no added settings aside from scaling to fit the tv.

The game I am trying to play is time splitters 2 and is an .iso file.
Care to post the emulog.text after it crashes ?
Do you get the same issue when using your original physical ps2 DVD ?
Alright well give me a bit then lol, I'll have to play up to a crashing point.

Why the hell do you need 64GB of RAM? Well that's besides the point.
