and which version and settings I use for play dragon z game????

windows 8
2gb ram
AMD sempron 145 2.8ghz
second core activated
Stick to your PS2 until you can get a better PC. You won't get playable framerates.
this rig will not give you playable experience . better to play on your PlayStation®2.
