I'm trying to use Wild Arms Alter Code F cheats, but they're just not working. They're Code Breaker Codes. This is where I got them:

Enable code isn't necessary for PCSX2. And those codes aren't converted properly.

Use these instead. Couldn't figure out that Sheriff Star code you originally had, so I left that out.
All those worked, except for the exp code. Also, the Sheriff Star code wsa to put one in Cecilia's 20th skill slot.
