This always happens when i try to play ps2 games

already did that as seen here and thank you for the suggestion

does it happen when opening pcsx2 or when launching a game ?

Stupid question: You have downloaded the setup files, did you install them ?

That screenshot is from the Programs and Features page of Windows, they're installed.

I'd try a 'repair' instead, and see if that works.

My sig as link to all in in runtime installer, this istaller will uninstall un C++ runtimes then install them all, best to run installer on fresh reboot
