Hello,

I have the latest Pcsx2, all the ws patches, and especially the one that match the crc (A39517AB) from my iso (SCES_540.90).

Log :

GSdx: failed to compile external post-processing shader.

But, it doesn't work, the image is still stretched... :-/

The ws patches are in two different places, into cheat_ws in C:\Users\*\Documents\PCSX2\cheats_ws, and into C:\Program Files (x86)\PCSX2 1.2.1\Cheats

Both Cheats and Widescreen Patches are enable. I have tried one without the other, nothing works either...

What am i doing wrong ?

Can you please screenshot what you observe? (With/without cheats, with without widescreen)

Can you please screenshot emulation settings (all tabpages) and gsdx plugin settings?

Please attach the pnach file you are using to your next post.

Did you set a 16:9 ratio in the GS window settings on PCSX2 config?

Yes i did.

Weird thing is i constantly have to hit F6 to change aspect ratio between 3 different states of the game. 1 - the "regular game" 2 - the indoor moments 3 - the cutscenes...

I gave up having a clue about this so i've changed the zoom inside the window to enlarge the sides manually, do you see ? But it's really annoying...

If you supposedly have 16:9, why is that pic you uploaded in 4:3?

EXACTLY. I ask the same question...

Try pressing F6 in-game.

Thats what i do constantly...

These are the 3 F6 states :-/







They doesn't seem to change (i do the screen shots with F8, is it ok ?), but they do on my screen

Do you have a widescreen monitor?
It looks like the patches work.

And if you take screencaps using F8, they will be in 4:3.

Yes, i have a widescreen monitor. Thanks for the tip on F8, though
