So i'm playing devil may cry and i can't use custom resolutions! Only multiplier works, but if i choose 7680x4320 for example this is what i get, i suppose 1024x1024 from the gpu usage (7950 here)

Obviously is not the resolution choosen, and other values don't change anything, the same result and the same gpu usage. If i choose 6x multiplier in the same scene, i get this

Any clues ?
It's possible it is broken as some things have changed which would directly effect the custom resolution, not sure there's anything you can do im afraid!

Edit: hmm it should still be working.

yeah indeed a svn from may don't have the same problem. Thanks! ^^
And you'll see a difference between 3072x2688 and 7680x4320 right
You will barely see a difference between 4x and above let alone at more than 10x scaling.
There are games that even crash if you use any custom resolution but work fine with scaling.

It's better to stick to scaling than custom resolution(I've see more problems report about custom resolution than about scaling).
At around 10x-12x scaling pcsx2 stop creating screenshots and way below that resolution, the vram usage is huge(I have 2gb)
yeh what is the game running at? in the top left
The native resolution of the ntsc version is 512x448
okay so yeh is 3072x2688 comparable to native x6?
As I said,it's really hard to see a difference when comparing 4x and above but I tried Tales of the Abyss(it's more easier to see a difference)but the game look exactly the same 4x\5x\6x\3072x2082(toa is 512x447)

Using 24inch monitor at 1920x1080 resolution
There is a visible difference between 3x and 4x but not with 4x and above(you have to look at the textures really hard to notest a difference but why actually do that while playing games on which you have to act fast)

With 4x and 5x I also notice a huge difference in ToA. But I guess everyone notices things differently. Maybe monitors can make quite a difference as well.
Where exactly do you see the difference...I'm looking at the characters after a battle where you can see them from all sides and I don't see anything that you'll immediately see
