press F9 ?
I press Alt-Enter for fullscreen in zerogs and then flickers the game. F9 doesn't help. In gsdx too.

EDIT: In pcsx2 1.3.1 the same.
providing GS dump of the bad rendering scene might help in debugging the issue. until then, could you check whether SuperVU recompiler and Interpreter has that issue ?
Sry, i don't understand not all but SuperVU and Interpreter are default settings.
I found This: http://forums.pcsx2.net/Thread-How-to-cr...er-GS-dump
Care to show us that flickering thing in a screenshot or a video ?
Make sure to do it in gsdx software mode.
Because both screenshot you provided aren't useful for a bug report.
Step by Step Hehe. I have the GS dump in snap folder and now? where uploading?

The flickering is only in zerogs when i go to fullscreen not in gsdx. There is only the offset problem. Fullscreen is fine no flickering. I can make a video no problem. Am I to? and where uploading?

THX!

EDIT:

left screenshot: gsdx
right: zerogs
Can you post a screenie of your GSdx settings?

Upload the gs dump in any external storage site like dropbox and provide the link of it here. You could also upload the video in youtube and provide a link for it in the bug report.
