i want to use my PS3 Controller to play the games and now my question... Is this possible? if yes, tell me wich plug-in i must downloan...

If you connect it via USB, it should work out of the box.

USB still requires drivers
You mean an additional driver, right? Windows is so lame. It works out of the box on Linux.
if you want your ps3 controller to act like an xbox 360 controller use SCP then use the xpad plugin SCP is also great for pc games
or you can just plug it in and map the buttons with the lilypad plugin

That does not work on Windows. A driver is required to get either Xinput or Dinput from a DS3. The DS4 aka Playstation 4 controller works out of the box in windows but the Playstation one does not. Scarleets driver is pretty much the recommended driver for the DS3 around here.
