The graphics card is very week and the CPU isn't superb. It may run if you keep it in native resolution but I wouldn't expect very good frame rates. Laptops are not generally cut out for emulators at all

with a few speedhacks, you should be able to reach playable speeds.
still, expect a few slowdowns from time to time
