i downloaded pcsx2 from the official web site and when i double click it it doesn't make anything even doesn't give me an error just stays so plz tell me what to do

Now that's done, if you are in an arabic region go in to the "langs" folder and delete any folders starting with "ar"

What version did you download? (Official 1.2.1 or one from the GIT repository?) What BIOS are you using? What plugins are you using? Need more information about your install and settings please.
