can some tell me what the best plugins for pcsx2 with my laptop

intel core i5-3210m cpu 2.50ghz

The shipped plugins are the best plugins. Use GSDX[*]AVX[*] as gs plugin. It should be most of the time the one of the better choices.

Is there any problem you want to solve? Do you have slowdowns?
