Graphic Card is AMD Radeon HD 6570
Windows 8.1 PRO

Budokai 1 runs alright with no lag and is a lot playable. Budokai 2 and 3 ARE NOT EVEN PLAYABLE. it lags so much. the title screen is not laggy. the intro has lag. everything is fine until character models show up. and i didn't test Infinite World. anyone know good settings for me to play this game alright?

Yes, but your CPU's STP is around 1400.
Even if infinite world isn't very demanding (you should be OK with default settings), budokai 2 & 3 will probably struggle.

I forgot how much of an overclock Blyss had on his FX6300. I was wrong.


@the op, as jesalvein has stated, unless you can overclock to 4.5Ghz, you will need to stick to your ps2

I changed alot of settings. which part of the settings do you want me to tell you?

Budokai 2 and 3 are not much CPU demanding. get the latest build from here : http://pcsx2.net/download/development/git.html and keep using the default settings and you will be fine.
