the test above was for NBA 2k9 PC




I tried playing Def Jam FFNY and it would somtimes hit 60fps but then hover around 30-40 fps.

Is the laptop not strong enough? Can i buy a video card?

Your cpu is ~fine just the intel graphics.

AS far as I know this emulator doesn't like the intel cards. If you maybe set your videocard to use more then 32 megs of ram for video..

Definitely the iGPU is holding you back. Maybe one of those weird mPCI-E adapters for "real" GPUs? Other than that, no idea. Stick to native res, allow 8-bit textures, make sure it's in max performance mode
