Hi, i've GT3 ntsc version, the game lag badly and i got around 20fps (less too).
My specs:
pcsx2 1.0.0
Windows XP Professional 32-bit SP3
CPU
Intel Celeron G540 @ 2.50GHz
Tecnologia Sandy Bridge 32nm
RAM
4,00GB Canale Singolo DDR3 @ 532 MHz (8-8-8-20)
Matherboard
ASRock H61M-HVS (CPUSocket)
Graphic
V193 (1280x1024@60Hz)
1024 MBNVIDIA GeForce 210 (Undefined)
HDD
931GB Seagate ST1000DL002-9TT153 (SATA)
Audio
NVIDIA High Definition Audio

I've need to know if some user wiith same problem have solved getting at least 40fps or more.
I've upgraded the plugins to 5822.

please update pcsx2. 1.0.0 is unsupported.

CPU is too weak. Stick to your PS2

CPU is sandybridge and around average level (not enough at most cases || 1200ish STP) and GPU is also on the weak side, I'm afraid that good performance wouldn't be easy on this Rig as Nobbs said.

Updating to the latest development build might be better though.
