I'm looking for this plugin, but only find it in x84 form. Does the x64 form exist or there is only the x86?

No. All binaries of official pcsx2 sources are only x86 compatible. If you found dlls/exe's that claim to be 64bit they are possibly dangerous as they are not official. (or maybe extremely old. But I think when pcsx2 was compatible to x64 gsdx didn't exist at all - but that was before I used pcsx2)
