I'm playing GTA San Andreas right now on the latest pcsx2 revision and I have noticed that the traffic keeps moving faster and slower and don't stay at a constant speed.
I'm not sure how else to explain it. 
same problem seems to appear in the 1.2.1 stable.

I haven't played the game on the PS2 in a while but I'm pretty sure this problem does not exist in the PC and Android version.

Using any speedhacks?

Constant FPS?

I have constant 60fps, not using any speedhacks except for MTVU which doesn't cause it.

What happens if you enable vu cycle stealing? (Probably irrelevant but who knows...)
