Been playing the game for a bit and some monster group spawn like this image
Is there a way to fix it!!

In order to help you further with your problem, please make sure the following are all provided.

• Your hardware specs - CPU, Graphics Card, Memory, Operating System.
  
• The version of PCSX2 you are using.
  
• Any non default settings you are using.
  
• What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.

AVX - d3d11 hardware- native - fxaa and fx shader check - texture filtering 8 bit hw hacks with nvida all checked -- SOFTEWARE MODE extra 4 threads and edge check

Can't remember to be honest I was readying your how to setup guide and other people to get good fps, i will uncheck it to see if there a change

start by reverting all settings to default then report back

in general :
never read crappy "how to get good fps youtube guides"

by the look of your specs, you don't need to tweak much to get good fps.
