Description: Graphical garbage on screen. This bug is only when I watch a water or something like to water ( screen of computers and glassess from close) I try every thing configurations and I install latest DirectX 9.0

Did you try with gsdx software? Did you try with zerogs?
Yes, I try with all gsdx software. I played in version NTSC game even.
In zerogs game often is crash.
Graphical garbage is caused by disabled postprocessing (render to target in this case .. the image isn`t rendered in it`s target so you`re seeing memory "leftovers"). Maybe cleaning these textures could help?

It how do was it been possible to taste to clean these textures ?? Some option is in emulator which it will execute this ??
The best thing you can do is waiting till Gabest fix it (if it will... but I'm optimistic, seeing the last improvements)
For the crash during video try turning off some speed hacks , if u have them on, since it never occurred to me
