I used fraps and I am getting 20-30 FPS but the game seems to be running in slow motion. I ran Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 3 without problems.


I have

4gb ram
amd 5000+ @ 3.3ghz
4870 @ 790mhz/1100mhz

PS2 games are designed to run at 60FPS. So a game running at 20-30 FPS would appear to be running at 30%-50% full speed.

If you want better speeds, mess around with the graphic plugin options and/or overclock.
