Has the ability to use the Action Replay Max CD been disabled on PCSX2 1.4.0 because it was working perfectly on the previous version (PCSX2 1.2.1) ???

What's not workng exactly?

It crashes & freezes when swapping games.
Never used to do that on PCSX2 1.2.1

It doesn't even load after I press "Action Replay Max EVO USA"
