This is happening at the very beginning of the game, right after the cut scenes, which i am having no problems with. This does continue whilst free-roaming and continually covers the screen making play practically impossible. I haven't done anything to the settings prior to this. Please ask for anything that can help!
fyi, it is a massive Yangus (the character) over flowing the screen, and nothing else appears bloated like him, but he is everywhere.
