Hello, I saw the February report and I'd like to know if the improvements can be seen in the stable build or is it only on the git repositories. Thank you.

The stable build isn't update with the master branch so you can't notice the improvements over there, you need to get the latest development builds to observe the improvements stated on the progress report.
The development builds are generated by the Orphis build bot (or) Appveyor, they just automatically build every latest commits which are pushed to the master so you can stay in sync with the latest updates.
