So this bug or glitch or whatever it is is making me go crazy. So even with everything set to default settings. I get 60fps sometimes going to 59fps. Nomatter what game I play i'm always getting quit a bit of lag even though the fps is not moving. The games looks as though it dropping to 45fps. Even though its not. How do I fix this. My specs are. I have tried to disable all speed hacks without any luck. What can I disable to fix this. or is this a issue that cant be fixed.
Core i7 3770k
gtx 660 ti 
16gb ddr3 ram

are you using any speedhacks? as they can cause false fps readings.

I'm So dumb. Enabling vsync fixed the issue
