I have a slight lag with audio, and my visuals are blurry, anybody care to give me more pointers than what are posted?

Post your GSdx,SPU2-X and pcsx2 settings...and what game are you trying to play(the cpu is kinda slow for most 3d game)

My other thread got shut down for mentioning games.....
GSdx? SPU2=X? Im a total noob here.....ive seem to have fixed my audio problem on my own, but graphics are slightly blurry still.
