Ive recently just got pcsx2 to play my game after a flagship of problems. but now the game is like in turbo mode and everything is sped up like the music. this makes it hard to navigate the menus. how do i turn the speed off?

Press F4.

also ive just noticed that in the top my speed is being increased by 200% percent

i press f4 and it increased the game speed to 400%

It's the turbo mode, Press tab for deactivate it.
