So I started playing PSO yesterday, and it was saving just fine. Today however I start it up and it freezes after trying to load the memory card in the loading screen. The memory card is already formatted, and I know its not the game, at least I don't think.... but I don't if its the memory card, I tried using a different one and it did the same thing. I started a new game to see if that was the problem but when I tried saving I couldn't and it froze at the loading screen. I'll save state for now but I would prefer to in game save. an answer is needed thank you.[/align]

  • What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.

I'm using the computers  at my school 64-bit Operating System, 4.00 GB Intel® Xeon ® CPU W3520 @2.67GHz 2.66 GHz Processor,Windows 7 Enterprise, System model HP Z400 Workstation, 4096MB RAM.


The version of PCSX2 I'm using is 1.2.1

Everything is at default settings

Everything works well with my other games such; Samurai Champloo sidetracked ISO, I put 3 games on DVDR's and they work Eternal Ring, Evergrace, Kuon. Phantasy Star Universe is an ISO file that is the one giving me problems.

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.

Shouldn't Queen first need to step over to the latest version? Thought that 1.2.1 wasn't supported anymore, cause 1.3(4) was out?

1.2.1 is unsupported.
Sorry this message is late I downloaded the 1.4.0 PCSX2 version, and I'm now getting the message missing MSVCP140.dll I'm on a computer where the admin privileges are blocked I've been trying to go around it but I'm stuck now. Also when running Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 I get the error message "0x80070005-Access is denied." But maybe that's due to the admin.
shouldn't this thread be in windows support?
