Hello,

I have read lots of forums and tried several times, but the pcsx2 1.4 still did not work on my system.

I have windows 8.1, 64 bit
Processor: Intel® Core™ i3-4030U
CPU: 1.90GHz
Memory: 6G

The error message keep popping out are:

[attachment=60000]

And it leads me to the microsoft web:

[attachment=60001]

Even I downloaded the bios and replace the folder, pcsx2 1.4 still showed the same thing.

Can anyone help me on this issue? Thanks.

Using a BIOS file with PCSX2 which you have downloaded from the internet or from a PS2 console you do not own is illegal. You must own the console the BIOS file came from (even if it's broken) to be legal.
