I was playing Final Fantasy VII Dirge of Cerberus and noticed that my speed goes over 100% and fps at 70-100~. I tried increasing the internal resolution in Video (GS)'s plugin settings, and only the 8x internal resolution drops the fps to 30. This is strange since my video card (Nvidia GeForce GT 630) would drop the performance if I go beyond 2x internal resolution. Is there a way to lock/limit the fps to 60? Thanks in Advance!
