I don't know if this can be considered as a bug but if this program start working on pcsx2 will be really good.The program is actually working but only the really old version full of bugs and less feature.
Now when you try to run ule you get error message about "Failed to Load LAUNCHELF.CNF which is actually normal since there is no LAUNCHELF.CNF anywhere but the real problem is that you can't do anything,it's like the program is freezed but it's not.
I don't know is saying what configuration I use will be of any help since this problem is from long time ago(0.9.2)
