hi, i would like to know the fastest settings, plugins and version of the emulator.
my objective is too run the emulator atleast at 30 fps, no matter the quality (especially the game dragon ball z budokai tenkaichi 3)
my specs:
OS: Windows 10 
CPU: AMD E-450 APU with radeon hd graphics 1.65 ghz
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 6320 graphics`
RAM: 4,00 gb (3,60 gb usable)

Sorry, but that won't work with your CPU. It's way below the minimum requirements for PCSX2.
You'll have to keep playing your games on your PS2.
