The game loads up, I then select no when it asks me about the memory card. Once it gets to the next screen ( i see cows - is this a video?) it locks up. The music continues to play but thats it.

When I go under game fixes, i notice that the game is in there. Do i need to select something?

What am I doing wrong. Any direction or advice would be great.

You need to enable patches to skip the video that freezes...although if i recall correctly there is one only for the NTSC region of the game.
Even if you manage to get ingame,it suffers from various bugs so it's not really playable at this point
