No, i have that game and my specs same as your but with better clock. My suggestion is try that game in os vista if your gpu support directx.10 you can get 10fps or more than in os xp. Try with speed hacks x2/worst x3 and vu skip in option set (60, 56, 1, 3), take peopspu2 1.9 for sound plugin.
