Any way to fix this graphical glitch when uprezzing this game? It only happens at any resolution above native.

I can't believe someone is complaining about those things.
I had to look really hard(8x scaling)to barely see what you are talking about while looking the same screen on pcsx2
That is with Bilinear filtering on
Many games have some slight issues like this when upscaling so its really a non issue if you don't want them then play at native. Not much you can really do about the random lines.
Get a wireless pad and step back of 1 meter. Problem solved
