So, I've been trying to enable skipdraw so I can play Burnout 3 without those hideous white bars on the screen, but the only way to be able to do so is to enable HW hacks in the Hardware Mode options within GDsx's plugin settings.  However, that option isn't there, and I have no idea how to enable skipdraw otherwise.  Can someone help me out here?

Go to Config > Video (GS) > Plugin Settings, and it's right below CRC Hack level in the middle of the window, and to the left of the (greyed out) "Configure Hacks" button.

If it isn't there, you really need to update your PCSX2 version, because it's probably many years out of date.
